If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center within 60 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the following Return Policy:
FEDERAL LAW STATES YOU CANNOT RETURN HUMAN HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED. WE ADHERE TO STRICT POLICIES IN REGARDS TO FEDERAL LAW, HEALTH REGULATIONS, AND HYGIENE CONCERNS.
Human Hair & Mink Hair are hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened/altered/worn items containing hair to be returned for the safety and health of all of our Royal Beauties.
This is the standard for any reputable hair company; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened/altered/worn items for the same reasons. Your trust in a hair supplier should rely on this for the safety and health of all.

ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS, EYELASHES, AND OTHER HUMAN OR MINK HAIR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALES. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Due to Federally Regulated Hygiene Laws and restrictions, we offer refunds on incorrect, incomplete, (unopened, unworn, or untampered with) hair products; not to your liking, or damaged, orders only.

2. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT:
Farrah Beauty hair extensions and lashes, and other hair products are non-exchangeable if used (void sticker altered or removed), tampered with, or worn
We are determined to ensure you are happy with your purchase at Farrah Beauty. Returns are available to customers within 60 days of product delivery. In order to receive store credit or an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused, unworn, untampered with, & un-damaged.
- All hair and eyelashes must have the void sticker intact
If the listed conditions are not met, FarrahBeauty.com reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or issue store credit. Please contact email@example.com for any issue with your order. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, we will try our very best to accommodate each customer the best of our ability.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.

Please follow the below instructions to ensure that your return will be processed and received as seamlessly as possible:
Please include the Order Confirmation Email that was sent to you at the time of purchase. This should state your order #, first and last name and address. If for any reason you are unable to print that out, simply write your Order number, first and last name and address on a piece of paper and insert that in your return package.
Please indicate whether you would like an EXCHANGE and for which color (or lash style), or if you would prefer a RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT. If you prefer an exchange and there is a difference in price, we will simply send you an invoice via e-mail to pay the difference.
If you received a free gift, from a promotion in your order, and you are doing a return; we ask that you do send the free gift back as well. The free gift then only applies if you are going to be doing an exchange.
We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities.
3. HELPFUL HINTS:
*Shipping charges will not be refunded.
After your return is processed, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
*If returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for the best pricing.
*Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
*Returns take 1 week to process so if you are in a rush for your hair extension install, here are you two options to consider:
- Purchase new hair and get a refund after we receive your unopened items.
- Color the hair. Most keep the hair extensions and simply tone or color the extensions. All extensions blend well even if they are 2-3 shades different from your own as this will create a multi-tonal color effect. If the color does not work for you, we suggest you have your hairstylist color the extensions for a faster turn around.
