Should you receive an item that is damaged please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage,
and email it to our Customer Care team with a description of the damage.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Upon approval, we will respond and request that you please return the item to our warehouse.
We will provide you with all necessary information to do so in our response.
However, you are solely responsible for the cost of exchanging the item at issue.
